ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
Prices in EUR per apartment and day, up to the maximum regular occupancy. Person staying on a sofa-sleeper bed (Center 4) EUR 34,- to 50,-/night. Included in the prices are electric, local taxes, VAT and bed linens. One-time fee for final cleaning of a 4-person apartment: EUR 50,-; 2-person apartment: EUR 40,- = not included in the prices listed above. Crib/cot per day EUR 6,-. Pets only by prior arrangement - an additional cleaning fee of EUR 35,- will apply.

Reservations: Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a specific apartment number or floor. Your booking becomes guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit. We ask for a deposit of EUR 400,- per apartment (2-person apt. EUR 300,-) made by electronic funds transfer to: Salzburger Sparkasse; I-Ban Code: AT 80 20404 0880 7100 134; BIC (Swift-Code): SBG SAT2S; or to Acct. No. 31 419; Branch No. 710 50000 at the Sparkasse Berchtesgadener Land. The outstanding amount will be due upon occupancy of the apartment. Deposit will not be refunded if the apartment reservation is cancelled. 

In all other circumstances, Austrian Hotel Guidelines Gruber will apply. In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, the full weekly rental charge must be paid in full. Check-out is by 10:00am; Check-in is between 4:00 and 7:00pm. Ski passes, as well as discounted packaged passes, are available upon presentation of your booking confirmation at each of the main lift ticket offices; 6-day ski pass: flat rate of EURO 164,00,- during pre-season, sports weeks and late season. otherwise EURO 193,00.
